Get Joe's is an independent grocery delivery service that shops and delivers products from local Trader Joe's stores. Get Joe's is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Trader Joe's Company. Prices may differ from in-store prices.
You must be at least 18 years old and located within our delivery zones to use the service. By creating an account you represent that all information provided is accurate.
We make every effort to fulfill orders exactly as placed. Product availability may vary and is not guaranteed at the time of shopping. If an item is unavailable when your order is being fulfilled, it will be removed from your order and your final charge will be adjusted to reflect only the items successfully delivered. Get Joe's reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
Product prices may be higher than in-store prices. A delivery fee, service fee, and applicable NYC regulatory fee are charged per order. All fees are disclosed prior to checkout. Prices and fees are subject to change without notice.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Your card is charged when your order is confirmed. Tips are optional and go directly to your delivery driver. Get Joe's does not store your full card details.
Delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees. Get Joe's is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If you select Leave at Door, you assume all risk for unattended items including perishables.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or credits are issued at our discretion. We do not accept returns of perishable items.
Referral credits are issued as account credits applied to future orders. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Get Joe's reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
Joe Bucks are loyalty credits earned on delivered orders. Credits are awarded at a rate determined by Get Joe's and are subject to change at any time. Joe Bucks have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to fees, taxes, or tips.
A minimum balance of $1.00 in Joe Bucks is required to redeem. Upon redemption, the full available balance is applied as a discount to the order subtotal. Joe Bucks are forfeited upon redemption and balances reset to zero. Get Joe's reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Joe Bucks program at any time without notice.
We collect your name, email, phone number, and delivery address to fulfill your orders. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is used solely to operate the Get Joe's service and communicate with you about your orders.
Get Joe's liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Get Joe's may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
